1. Service Description
SportsPulse is a sports data and news application providing live scores, fixtures, standings, player information, highlights, and TV schedules. Content is powered by TheSportsDB API.
2. Subscription
Access to SportsPulse requires an active SMS subscription via shortcode 9872. By sending "OK" to 9872, you agree to subscribe to this service. Charges are applied by your mobile network operator. Standard SMS rates may apply.
3. User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to subscribe. You must be a registered subscriber of a supported mobile network. By subscribing you confirm eligibility.
4. Access & Authentication
Access is granted through OTP verification linked to your phone number. Your session token is valid for 7 days. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
5. Content & Accuracy
Sports data is provided by TheSportsDB. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all data is complete or up to date. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or resell any data from this service. Automated access, API abuse, or any attempt to bypass authentication is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy
We collect only your phone number for subscription management. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our contact page for data removal requests.
8. Limitation of Liability
SportsPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the past 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration before pursuing legal action.
How to Cancel
To unsubscribe from SportsPulse, send STOP to 9872 via SMS. Your access will be removed immediately.
